At Little Lamb Stuart LLC, every purchase supports the heart of our mission—to keep a joyful, safe, and faith-filled space for children and families. Because of the limited nature of our sessions and events, all sales are final.

 

1. General Sales

Payments for open play, classes, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or booked.

 

2. Memberships

All memberships—monthly, six-month, and annual—are non-refundable once activated.
Unused time, visits, or credits cannot be carried forward or exchanged.

 

3. Birthday Parties & Special Events

Deposits and payments for parties or private events are non-refundable.
However, if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, management may, at its discretion, apply a credit toward a future booking within one (1) year of the original event date.

 

4. Unexpected Closures

In the rare event Little Lamb Stuart LLC must close due to maintenance, weather, or safety concerns, a reschedule or credit option will be provided; no cash refunds will be issued.

 

5. Management Discretion

Little Lamb Stuart LLC reserves the right to review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved credit or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
